PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently restrain the influence of periodic pulse noise appearing in a band not larger than a Nyquist frequency as an aliasing phenomenon. SOLUTION: A periodic noise frequency fn to be added to an A/D converting means (22) and a sampling frequency fs of the A/D converting means (22) are controlled to the relation of rational numbers, and a sample value system to be outputted from the A/D converting means (22) is subjected to notch filter processing, so that the influence of the periodic noise can be reduced from the system of the sample value to be acquired from the A/D converting means (22).
