PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehulling machine 1 equipped with a uniformly dispersing device 30 capable of individually altering the kind or flow rate of a raw material by simple operation even during operation and enabling uniform dispersion even if the properties of the raw material are different. SOLUTION: In the uniformly dispersing device 30 of the dehulling machine 1, the side edge 47 of an uniformly dispersing trough 35 is formed into a chevron shape, and is provided with a falling rice regulation plate 34 and, even if the kind of raw material rice is changed over to a long grain type or a short grain type, the raw material rice can be easily subjected to uniformly dispersing adjustment. Further, by providing an overflow rice regulation plate 33, uniformly dispersing adjustment can be easily performed with respect to a change in the increase and decrease of the flow rate of the raw material rice, and the falling rice regulation plate 34 and the overflow rice regulation plate 33 are rotatably supported by a concentric shaft to efficiently conserve a space.
