<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the output of a wrong pulse caused by a noise signal that is shorter than time width of a control signal and larger than the amplitude of the control signal. <P>SOLUTION: This waveform forming device is provided with: a first integration circuit 152 and a second integration circuit 153 which are connected in series, makes a voltage signal large than a first reference voltage to output the voltage signal to the second integration circuit 153 when the voltage signal that is longer than a prescribed period and larger than prescribed amplitude is inputted to the first integration circuit 152, and makes a voltage signal smaller than the first reference voltage and outputs the voltage signal from the second integration circuit 153 when the voltage signal inputted to the first integration circuit 152 is shorter than a prescribed period; and a first comparison circuit 154 for comparing voltage included in the voltage signal outputted from the second integration circuit 153 with the first reference voltage and outputting the comparison result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
