PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble an antenna assembly according to a simple procedure and to connect an antenna element surely with a cable while ensuring ground. SOLUTION: An antenna body 30 comprises an antenna element 33, female connectors 53-55 provided in a first connector 50, an internally threaded portion 52b, an engaging pawl 57a being inserted into an antenna fixing hole H to engage with the lower side face of a roof panel R, and a fixing member 100 comprising cables 116-118, male connectors 113-115 provided in a second connector 110 in order to be connected electrically with the female connectors 53-55 while engaging mechanically therewith and to be connected with the cables 116-118, and an externally threaded portion 133b screwing into the internally threaded portion 52b and tightening the female connectors 53-55, the male connectors 113-115 and the roof panel R.
