PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a totalization collection time for a patient while maintaining a contrast of the whole body image, to reduce a dosage of an RI to the patient, and to reduce a constraint time for examination of the patient, in a nuclear-medical diagnosis apparatus. SOLUTION: This nuclear-medical diagnosis apparatus provided with a scanner unit 12 provided with a detector 17 for detecting a gamma ray emitted from a radioisotope material dosed to the patient P, and a driving mechanism 16 for moving the detector 17, and an image processor 13 for displaying a nuclear-medical image, based on data collected by the detector 17 connected to the scanner 12, is provided with a collection condition setting means 42 for setting a collection condition in every portion of the patient P, and a scanner unit controller 45 for controlling the driving mechanism 16 of the scanner unit 12 according to the collection condition in the every portion to collect the data of the patient P according to the collection condition in the every portion.
