<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable it to form a capacitor for many noise cancellations without breakage in a wiring board such as an intermediate board. <P>SOLUTION: The wiring board comprises a first wiring layer 11, and a second wiring layer 12 provided via the first wiring layer 11 and an interlayer insulation film 13. The first wiring layer 11 has two or more capacitors 14. The second wiring layer 12 has two or more electrodes 19. The electrodes 19 in the second wiring layer 12 and the first wiring layer 11 are connected electrically by a bump 20 which is an interlayer adhesive member. The capacitors 14 are sandwiched by a dielectric layer 17 between an upper electrode layer 15 and a lower electrode layer 16. An insulating member 18 is interposed between the upper electrode layer 15 and the lower electrode layer 16.
