PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an external alarm output at the time of incorrect wire connection, and to achieve cost reduction and miniaturization by reducing the number of parts. SOLUTION: A current detection circuit 50 detects the amount of currents between IN-DB1. A current judgement circuit 60 judges from the amount of currents which, IN or OUT, the power is supplied from. When it is judged that the power is supplied from OUT, an incorrect wire connection signal is supplied to a control circuit 40. Upon the supply of the incorrect wire connection signal, the control circuit 40 stops the operation of a PWM output circuit 2.
