A structure of mounting a member for carrying a cooler box is provided to make a handle detachable from a cooler box, and to prevent the handle from getting separated from a body of the cooler box. In a structure of mounting a member for carrying a cooler box, a handle(50) is able to be mounted on a body of a cooler box. The structure of mounting a member for carrying a cooler box includes a mounting plate portion(21), a protrusion portion(52) and a separation preventing member. The cooler box is installed to be separated from the left side surface of a body of the cooler box in a predetermined space. A mounting hole is installed on the cooler box. The protrusion portion is installed on the front end of the handle, and is inserted into the mounting hole.
