A water spray treating device using nano-silver sterilizing water is provided to spray the silver sterilizing water to a human body, and to use the nano-silver sterilizing water in a circulating manner. A water spray treating device using nano-silver sterilizing water includes a nano-silver sterilizing water generator(10) and a sprayer. The nano-silver sterilizing water generator supplies nano-silver particles to the bathing water through power supply in the water. The sprayer includes a motor to suck the nano-silver sterilizing water and to spray the nano-silver sterilizing water to the human body. The nano-silver particles are generated and are dissolved in the bathing water to form the nano-silver sterilizing water. The sprayed silver sterilizing water is collected in a bath tub and is sucked by the spray device(20).
