A device for positioning and assembling an exterior building material is provided to regulate the position of an exterior building material easily and minutely using a connecting fixture, a fixing bracket, a positioning bracket, etc., to construct an exterior building material after constructing a cutoff membrane to the front of a building structure, to repair and replace an exterior building material easily, and to prevent the dew condensation and heat loss by a cutoff membrane and to reinforce durability. A device for positioning and assembling an exterior building material is installed for inserting horizontal ends of fixing fasteners(140,140') connecting and fixing upper, lower stone materials(110a,110b) and a corner lower stone material(110d) of an exterior building material forming a central wall and a lower wall of the corner to coupling grooves(151,151') of connecting fixtures(150,150'), and then coupling with coupling bolts(170), installing a positioning bracket(220) provided with a cutting groove to the rear of a vertical coupling piece(152) formed vertically on the rear end of the connecting fixture, forming a thread on the front of the positioning bracket and coupling with coupling bolts(200) to make surface contact with a rear rugged part of the vertical coupling piece and to move horizontally, and coupling the rear end of the positioning bracket with a building structure(180) and a cutoff membrane(190) pre-installed to the front with direct coupling screws(240), and coupling horizontal ends of the fixing fastener connected with the upper stone of the corner of the exterior building material to a horizontal support of a fixing bracket connected with horizontal and vertical supports(320',330) in the T-shape with coupling bolts, and coupling the other horizontal support and the vertical support of the fixing bracket to the building structure attached with the cutoff membrane with direct coupling screws(350). |
