PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the necessity of indication of group change for each original group when a mobile station belonging to another group is to be arranged to a group in the call in a method for manually registering grouping in a wireless communication system in a base station from each mobile station. SOLUTION: In a wireless communication system consisting of a base station and grouped multiple mobile stations, a first control device of the base station has a group code table storing a group code which can communicate with the grouped multiple mobile stations. The group code table has a group code which can separately communicate with a common group code which can communicate with the grouped multiple mobile stations and the grouped groups. When at least one mobile station of the multiple mobile stations is changed, the common group code and the group change information are sent to the grouped multiple mobile stations.
