PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion-electric energy conversion device such as a hydraulic power generator or a pump, easy in assembling, and capable of providing high installation accuracy. SOLUTION: When assembling the hydraulic power generator 1, after arranging a rotor 8, a stator 7 and a cylindrical seal member 5 in a state of being sandwiched between an inlet side pipe 21 and an outlet side pipe 22, an engaging projection part of a cylindrical fastening member 6 is hooked on an annular collar part of the inlet side pipe 21 by fitting the cylindrical fastening member 6 from the inlet side, and afterwards, an annular bending part is formed by bending an outlet side end part of the cylindrical fastening member 6 toward the inner peripheral side. As a result, the inlet side pipe 21 and the outlet side pipe 22 are fastened by the cylindrical fastening member 6 in a state of sandwiching the rotor 8, the stator 7 and the cylindrical seal member 5 in-between.
