<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom unit which makes it possible for a user to sit and enter a bathtub from two directions without making the user feel that the bath tub and the washing area are small. <P>SOLUTION: This bathroom unit includes a bathtub having an inner tub and a bathtub rim fixed around the top edge of the inner tub, and a bathtub counter fixed at approximately the same height with the bathtub rim. In the bath tub rim, one of the two short side rims which are provided both the ends of the longitudinal direction of the inner tub is wider in the short side than the other and, therefore, allows the user to sit on it. The bathroom counter is fixed at a washing area near the other short side rim.
