PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect accuracy reductions in GPS position solutions due to the effects of multipaths, CW noise, or the like. SOLUTION: A navigation system is provided with: a GPS position solution acquisition means for acquiring GPS position solutions by capturing and tracking a plurality of GPS satellites for positioning; an information output means for outputting autonomous navigation information for autonomous navigation; a reference value computing means for computing prescribed reference values, on the basis of results of comparison between outputted autonomous navigation information and the GPS position solutions; and a difference computing means for computing the differences between the computed prescribed reference values and the clock offset values, acquired in the positioning process and determines the accuracy in the GPS positioning solutions, on the basis of the computed differences.
