PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To moderate an impact caused by the stop of the elevation of a working implement, since in a form of attaching the working implement at the rear part of a tractor vehicle body as capable of lifting up, and controlling the lifting-up-and-down by elongating and contracting the lift cylinder of a hydraulic device, the stopping shock occurs on stopping at the upper limit of the lifting of the working implement. SOLUTION: This device for controlling the lifting of the working implement of the tractor is constituted by installing an approach sensor 3 for detecting the approach of a lift link 1 at the rear part of the vehicle body 2 installed with the lift link for lifting-up-and-down by having the working implement, and reducing the lifting-up speed of the lift link 1 by the detection of the approach sensor 3. Also, the device for controlling the lifting of the working implement of the tractor is constituted by installing an image element camera 4 for detecting the movement of the lift link 1, as the approaching sensor 3.
