摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a porous ceramics electrode and a current collector suitable for improving power generating performance of IT-SOFC operated in a temperature range of 500-800&deg;C. <P>SOLUTION: The porous ceramics electrode for a medium temperature operated solid oxide type fuel cell is submerged in an aqueous solvent containing at least silver salt, a water-soluble surface modifying agent bonded with silver ions to form a complex and having bonding ability with a ceramics surface, and a water-soluble reducing agent for reducing silver ions, wherein the concentration of silver salt is 1 to 5 mol/L, the concentration of the surface modifying agent is set to concentration enough to form a complex by reacting on at least the whole amount of silver ions, and the concentration of the reducing agent is set to concentration enough to reduce at least the whole amount of silver ions. A porous ceramics current collector for the medium temperature operated solid oxide type fuel cell is submerged in an aqueous solvent wherein the concentration of silver salt is at least 2.5 mol/L. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
