PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vehicle console box structure simple and highly convenient. SOLUTION: In the vehicle console box structure, a console part 11 having a console table 13 installed on a floor panel 7 and a storage box 15 mounted on the console table 13, is provided in the lateral side of an occupant seat (3). An opening part 23 for taking in/out an article is provided on one face of the storage box 15, and the storage box 15 is swingably mounted on the console table 13 to change the orientation of the opening part 23.
