PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix by calking an assembling part to a mounting hole of a base body by small calking load while ensuring assembling strength of the assembling part. SOLUTION: The vehicular brake oil pressure control device is provided with: the base body 1 including a flow passage 1a of a brake liquid; and a solenoid valve 2, i.e., the assembling part assembled to the mounting hole 10A formed on the base body 1 so as to be communicated with the flow passage 1a. An engagement groove 214 intruded with a plastically deformable part 18 is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the solenoid valve 2, and the plastically deformable part 18 is formed by pressing a surface of the base body 1 by a pressing member having a distal end surface E2 made to an outward tapered surface directed to an opposite side to a side inclined to an axis of the mounting hole 10A.
