PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch a system to 3G periodically (when spontaneous service start is requested from a user) even during 2G attach in Auto mode. SOLUTION: While a Dual terminal is used, it is attached to the 2G system and uses a function, when there is a service initiation request from the user, to display an execution picture of switching to the 3G system on a display unit 35 prior to starting the service. A condition to initiate the present function is enabling a waiting 3G cell to be monitored after attaching to the 2G system. A judgement of whether to execute the present function can be selected by "ON/OFF" on a menu and in the case of ON, in the timing to start any service by the user, the present function is automatically initiated.
