PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust sound control device capable of improving travel feeling by improving an exhaust sound. SOLUTION: The exhaust sound control device is provided with a sound wave detection means 6 to detect the exhaust sound as exhaust sound signals, a creative sound signal generating means 10 to generate creative sound signals synchronous with engine rotation, a sound eliminating signal generating means 9 to generate sound eliminating signals synchronous with engine rotation, and a sound wave generating means 5 to generate output signals as sound waves by combining the sound eliminating signal with the creative sound signal. The sound eliminating signals are generated by the sound eliminating signal generating means 9 in such a way as to minimize error signals in combining the creative sound signals with the exhaust sound signals to offset them after correction by a creative sound filter that is equivalent to a transmission function between the creative sound signal generating means 10 and the sound eliminating signal generating means 9.
