PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product functioning as an auxiliary illumination or an emergency light without fail, and without the need of a supply power source even in case of disaster. SOLUTION: For solving this problem, a light-storing pigment is utilized, and a state and conditions in which the light-storing pigment can secure enough emission luminance to function as an auxiliary illumination or an emergency light and a shape that anyone can easily use are devised to complete the product.
