PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stick cosmetic giving a soft first touch to the skin in case of applying the unused part of the stick cosmetic to the skin such as the lips e.g. in case of the first use of a just manufactured new cosmetic, firmly sticking to the skin, uniformly applicable without giving disagreeable feeling and having excellent usability. SOLUTION: The stick cosmetic has protrusions to form a continuous indented pattern on the whole surface of at least the tip end part of the stick to be used in the case of applying the stick cosmetic to the skin. The protrusion is a point protrusion such as columnar, roof-form or pyramidal protrusion or a linear protrusion such as columnar or roof-form protrusion, and the protrusions are continuously formed close to each other.
