FIELD: building. ^ SUBSTANCE: stated invention relates floor covering of synthetic formless marble and its production method, and in particular to floor covering of formless marble on base of synthetic pitch, made with formless marble picture. Technical result is reached with production method of floor covering of formless marble, including stage of compound agitation on base of synthetic pitch with self-cloured pieces of different colours and primary rolling of agitated compound with creation of primary rolled sheet. Then primary rolled sheets are laminated with its cutting till stated dimension and rotation. Then second rolling of laminated sheets is made with the help of low-temperature calendaring at the temperature from 60 to 100°C with creation of channeled stripes on sheet surfaces. Roughened surface of secondary rolled sheets created in result of low temperature calendaring along with channeled stripes are filled with the help of double blocking system. At that first blocking unit includes roller which can create any type of blocking, including blocking in longitudinal direction. ^ EFFECT: creation of floor covering of formless marble having more high level of durability to colouring and surface durability, as well as stretched stripes of formless marble and glazed surface, and production method of such covering. ^ 5 cl, 4 dwg, 1 ex |
