PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycling method and a recycling device of organic resources performing all of crushing, enzymolysis and drying in one process by using enzyme performing a decomposition reaction at a high temperature. SOLUTION: The recycling device of organic resources comprises a reaction vessel 2 containing organic raw material and enzyme having multiple reaction characteristics of at least a hydrolysis function, a transfer function and a redox function, and decomposing protein, carbohydrate and fat in organic matter at 50°C or higher, preferably in a high temperature range of 70-80°C; agitation blades 4 agitating the raw material and enzyme in the reaction vessel 2; and a heating means heating the raw material and enzyme in the reaction vessel 2 to the above high temperature range. Agitation of the raw material and enzyme by the agitation blades 4 decomposes and dries the organic matter to recycle the organic resources in one process. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
