<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric composite wiring module which makes wiring possible in a limited space and which excels in flexibility and electromagnetic noise characteristics, and also to provide an information processor. <P>SOLUTION: This photoelectric composite wiring module 1 is composed of a wiring part 10 and a pair of terminals 11A, 11B installed at both ends of the wiring part 10. In the wiring part 10, an optical waveguide 3 is laminated on a flexible printed wiring substrate 2.
