PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel tank structure having a sub cup in which water is not pumped to an engine together with a fuel, and any water is not stored in the sub cup. SOLUTION: In the fuel tank structure, a fuel pump 6 and a filter 5 are arranged in a sub cup 14, and the fuel is pumped into the sub cup 14 by a jet pump 3 provided in a vicinity of a bottom part of the sub cup 14.
