There is provided a discharge horn 2 for a fire extinguisher (1, Fig 1) the discharge horn 2 comprising an opened-ended hollow member 10, one end 12 of which is suitable for connection to a fire extinguisher (6, 1) and at least one element 20 extending into the hollow member 10 from a wall of the hollow member, the element extending along at least a proportion of the length of the hollow member for directing a fluid flow through the discharge horn. Horn 2 may have numerous different profiles including rectangular, elliptical and triangular. |
