PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile-communication-terminal interlocking clock device which can use data of a termination melody, a termination song, etc., stored in a mobile communication terminal as they are and output them with large sound volume and whose alarming operation can securely be stopped with good operability. SOLUTION: A charging/communication cable 6 and an audio cable 7 are connected between the clock device and mobile phone and at set time, the clock device 1 sends a control signal for actuating a dedicated application of the mobile phone 8. An analog signal of a previously specified termination melody or termination song to be reproduced by the mobile phone 8 is sent to the clock device 1 through the audio cable and outputted from a speaker 10.
