<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulated DC-DC converter eliminated in a trouble of noise generated at the secondary side of a signal transmitting transformer, and high in safety. <P>SOLUTION: Cross sections of two sub-legs 6a, 6c are made to differ from each other so that the polarity of a voltage generated at a winding B by magnetic flux generated at a winding A becomes the same as the polarity of a voltage outputted to the winding B when a drive voltage of a main switch element Q1 is applied by a pulse signal generation circuit 21, by using a transformer T having the power transmitting winding A wound to a main leg 6b, and the signal transmitting winding B wound to the sub-legs 6a, 6c. In the other case, winding numbers of the windings are made to differ from each other. Furthermore, a first clamp diode D1 is arranged between the power supply end (VDD) of the pulse signal generation circuit 21 and the winding B, and second clamp diodes D2 are arranged at both ends of the winding B so that a cathode is connected to the pulse signal generation circuit 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
