PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ear cover device having a connection means capable of constantly securing an engagement state between an ear pad cup and a head band in use. SOLUTION: This ear cover device consists of the ear pad cup 10, the head band 20 and the connection means 30 of the both. The ear pad cup 10 has a band connecting member 12 extending from a cup member 11 and having a downward tip end, and the band connecting member 12 has a pivot 31, or a connection means 30. The head band 20 is formed of a pair of curved outside band member 21a and inside band member 21b, and the respective band members slidably inserted into annular bodies 22a and 22b provided at the base ends of the respective members, from the distal ends thereof. The connection means 30 provided in the band members 21a and 21b has a plurality of slits 36, or through-holes 35 for passing the pivot 31.
