PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel connecting structure capable of surely connecting a panel to a connecting member. SOLUTION: This panel connecting structure connects the mutual panels 10 having a fitting recessed strip 21 on a side end surface via the connecting member 30. The connecting member 30 forms an elastically deformable incision 34 on at least one side end of a connecting base part 31 fittable to the fitting recessed strip 21, and forms a fitting part 33 having an engaging claw part 35 engageable with an engaging step part 23 arranged in the fitting recessed strip 21 by outward projecting to an opening end part of this incision 34.
