PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding method for a resin molding which can smoothly and simply release the resin molding from a mold in injection molding, a transparent optical element, an injection molding machine, and a mold for the injection molding machine. SOLUTION: The injection molding method for the resin molding includes the mold release process of releasing the resin molding from the mold 12 of the injection molding machine. A cavity insert 37 having a forming surface for forming the resin molding is set in the movable mold 12. During a mold opening operation or after mold opening, the cavity insert 37 is oscillated by an ultrasonic oscillator 71 to release the resin molding from the cavity insert 37.
