<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a processing time required for creating a list as a result of data retrieval when access to the data is restricted. <P>SOLUTION: For each user, accessible contract information 22 is generated in newly registering/updating contract data 21 (in Fig.2, S30). When retrieving the contract data 21, it is determined whether the user has an access right to data of a retrieval result or not by referring to the accessible contract information 22 (S32), and based on the determination result, a retrieval result list viewable by the user is displayed (S33).
