An ink composition for printing paper and a printed material using the same are provided to produce paper product having the light variable effect or the visual effect like the feeling of metallic and pearl at the cheap cost, and to cut down enormous foreign currency by replacing the paper product imported from the foreign and to reduce production costs because the drying rate of the ink printed on the paper is fast. An ink composition for printing paper is manufactured by mixing 50~90 parts by weight of the infrared drying ink, and 6~25 parts by weight of one or two of the fish powder and synthetic resin powder, 2~8 parts by weight of terra alba, and 2~8 parts by weight of starch. |
