PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce working labors for installing a vertical pipe with a spiral guideway in a manhole, and reduce time and costs required for installation. SOLUTION: This spiral guideway 3 comprises a guide plate 31 formed into a spiral shape, and a joint part 32 erected on an outer peripheral edge of the guide plate 31 and jointed to an inner periphery of a vertical pipe body 2. An injection hole 33 for injecting resin is bored to the joint part 32, and sealing members 34 are mounted at both upper and lower edges on a back side of the joint part 32, into a shape so that the sealing members 34 are provided between the joint part 32 and the inner periphery of the vertical pipe body 2 to form a gap part. The resin is injected in the gap part from the injection hole 33 and hardened, so that the spiral guideway 3 closely arranged on the inner periphery of the vertical pipe body 2 via the sealing members 34 is integrated with the inner periphery of the vertical pipe body 2.
