A color calibration method for determining a target gamma curve of a target display device is provided to reduce measurement data and time by comparing a color space conversion and a chromaticity coordinate value according to a color characteristic of a reference display device. A plurality of first patterns corresponding to a plurality of first input signals respectively are outputted from a reference display device(410). The plurality of first patterns are measured for generating the set of the plurality of first chromaticity coordinate values corresponding to the first color space(420). The plurality of second patterns corresponding to a plurality of gamma curves corresponding to the second color space are outputted from the target display device(430). The plurality of second patterns are measured for generating the set of the plurality of second chromaticity coordinate values corresponding to the first color space(440). The set of the plurality of first chromaticity coordinate values and the set of the plurality of second chromaticity coordinate values are converted into the plurality of the third chromaticity coordinate values and the plurality of the set of the fourth chromaticity coordinate values(450). The plurality of the set of third chromaticity coordinate values are compared with the plurality of the set of the fourth chromaticity coordinate values(460).
