A non-aqueous system hair cosmetic composition is provided to give the luster to hair as well as the hair arrangement and moisture preservation function, and the additional function as perfume by increasing the perfume content if necessary. The non-aqueous system hair cosmetic composition employs the dextrin fatty acid ester, and contains the high polymeric silicon and silicon powder. The hair cosmetic composition comprises 40-80 parts by weight of oil, 5-15 parts by weight of dextrin fatty acid ester, 1-10 parts by weight of wax, 1-30 parts by weight of high polymeric silicon, and 1-10 parts by weight of silicon powder based on 100 parts by weight of the total weight of composition.
