An apparatus for measuring body fluid components is provided to perform continuously skin wound-making process, body fluid-collecting process and body fluid component-measuring process, reduce pain in body fluid collection, automatically collect body fluid from the skin by using capillary tube phenomenon, and rapidly collect a sufficient amount of blood. An apparatus for measuring body fluid components comprises a reagent paper(210), a penetration element(200) located on the reagent paper, and penetrating the skin for collecting the body fluid through the capillary tube phenomenon, and a supply element(300) for supplying the collected body fluid by the penetration element to the reagent paper, containing a pestle(310) for breaking the penetration element to drop the collected body fluid on the reagent paper.
