ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attendance management system for achieving attendance management by simple operation without requiring complicate operation.

SOLUTION: The attendance management system 1 is equipped with a mobile communication terminal 2 carried by an individual and a management server 6 for performing attendance management based on the result of its communication with the mobile communication terminal 2. The mobile communication terminal 2 is equipped with a power source switching means 11 for switching the ON/OFF of a power source, the management server 6 is equipped with a transmission radio wave detection means 31 for detecting the presence/absence of transmission radio waves from the mobile communication terminal 2 and an attendance management means 32 for performing attendance management based on the detection result of the transmission radio wave detection means 31.
