An apparatus of capturing flying insect is provided to enable the automatic power control by using an optical sensor. An apparatus of capturing flying insect(100) comprises: allurement lamps(111,112,113) which allure the flying insect; a capture unit(120) which catches the allured pest; a power unit(130) supplying the electricity to the allurement lamps and the capture unit; a controller(140) delivering the allurement lamp driving signal and the capture unit driving signal to the power unit; an optical sensor converting the optical signal of the light of delivering the driving signal into the electric signal and transmitting a message to the controller; and a housing(160) in which the allurement lamp, the capture unit, the power unit, the controller and the optical sensor are installed.
