A lactobacillus plantarum ml-10hk2, an antibacterial composition containing the lactobacillus plantarum ml-10hk2 or its culture, and a method for preparing an organic acid preparation are provided to improve acid resistance, bile acid resistance and heat resistance and to enhance the inhibitory activity for harmful bacteria. A lactobacillus plantarum ml-10hk2 is the lactobacillus plantarum ml-10hk2 (deposition number: KFCC11389P). An antibacterial composition contains the lactobacillus plantarum ml-10hk2 or its culture, and shows an antibacterial activity against E. coli, or the bacterial of Salmonella pathogen or Shigella pathogen.
