PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition and manufacturing method of the composition concerned containing at least a bead conjugated to a solid support and also at least conjugated to a macro molecule (for example, nucleic acid). SOLUTION: The obtained surfaces formed from beads linked to a solid support provides favorably increased surface area, increased compared with a "flat" surface, for immobilizing biological particle and macro molecule (especially nucleic acid). Moreover, by selecting a bead with desired functionality, chemical properties of suitable functionalization differing from chemical properties of the solid support can be acquired for immobilizing the selected macro molecule or biological support.
