PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation structure of a production facility or a facility foundation usable even in a severe environment such as a high temperature, and superior in maintainability. SOLUTION: A bearing or a device of small vertical deformation such as a rigid sliding bearing or a rolling bearing 2 is arranged on a foundation 5 immediately under the production facility or a facility bottom 6. A base isolation bearing or a device or a steel, viscous or frictional damper 3 having a restoring function such as a lead-plug containing laminated rubber bearing or a high damping rubber bearing is arranged on the production facility or the facility foundation 5 on its periphery, that is, outside the production facility or the facility bottom 6. The respective bearings or the devices are integrated by arranging an integrated base 4 on a bearing or a device of the small vertical deformation and the base isolation bearing or the device or the steel, viscous or frictional damper 3 having the restoring function, and the production facility or a facility is also arranged on this integrated base 4.
