<p>A cylindrical body is disposed between two members which are engaged with each other so as to allow their relative rotation, and includes a slit (1) provided in an axial direction and convexities (2) provided in parallel with the axial direction at plural circumferential positions. The convexities (2) have narrow portions (21) between both the longitudinal ends thereof.
