PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a receiver of an encrypted mail transmitted with designated Bcc from being specified by other receivers. SOLUTION: The encrypted mail client includes a means for encrypting an e-mail M to form an encrypted mail N and transmitting the encrypted mail N to designated addresses. When a nondisclosure address (Bcc) the address information of which is not disclosed to the other receivers is contained in the addresses, an encrypted mail N1 is formed by removing the nondisclosure address from the addresses. An encrypted mail N2 to the nondisclosure address is separately formed. The encrypted mail N1 without the nondisclosure address is transmitted to the other receivers, and the encrypted mail N2 to the nondisclosure address is transmitted to the nondisclosure address.
