PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for rubber wheel, being flexible with a filler highly homogeneously dispersed therein, and being soft and low in energy loss, and to provide a rubber wheel using the rubber composition, which is reduced in traction energy, securing its own traveling stability through improving its own ability to surmount small projections and improved in abrasion resistance, and to provide the use of the rubber wheels. SOLUTION: The rubber composition for rubber wheels is characterized in that it is compounded with a wet master batch which is prepared by conducting a coagulation treatment of a mixed liquid of a natural rubber latex with a carbon black-dispersed slurry and then mechanically and/or thermally drying the resultant coagulated product.
