<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor and a customer guiding system for achieving an increase in sales of large-scale retail store or a shopping center or the like configured of a plurality of stores and activation thereof by causing a store where a plurality of customers have visited to guide those customers to different stores depending on their relationships, and causing the stores as the destinations of guidance to provide a service to the guided customers, and to provide a recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: This information processor 20 reads the information of a recording medium carried by each customer in which relationships among customers are recorded, and judges relationships among the customers from information read from the recording medium carried by a certain customer and information read from the recording medium carried by the other customers, and determines guidance destination stores according to the relationships among the customers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
