<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for surely reporting information for an operation which is not completed to a user. <P>SOLUTION: The management report system comprises an IC card management type facility which issues a management data creation instruction in response to facility use request, selects a desired facility use request of the received facility use requests, performs user authentication using user identification information of an IC card, performs facility use processing of the authenticated facility use request, and creates and transmits a management data deletion instruction; the IC card which creates management data in response to the management data creation instruction, transmits the management data in response to a management data transmitting request, returns user identification information in response to a user identification information transmitting request, and deletes the corresponding management data in response to the management data deletion instruction; and a reading and writing device with display screen which receives and displays the management data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
