PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance responsiveness and convergency by optimizing target brake force at an increase mode for increasing the brake force, in an anti-lock brake control device for a vehicle for controlling operation of a brake actuator capable of adjusting the brake force of a wheel brake by a brake control means by switching a reduction mode, a retaining mode and the increase mode based on the comparison result of a wheel speed detected by a wheel speed detection means and a target wheel speed operated based on the vehicle body speed. SOLUTION: A brake control means 31 determines a target value of the brake force at the increase mode by adding a feedback item determined based on the variance of the wheel speed and the target wheel speed to a feed-forward item determined based on the brake force at starting of the present increase mode and a reduction value of the brake force at the former reduction mode, and controls the brake actuator 5 such that the brake force of the wheel brake at the increase mode becomes the target value.
