The electric motor has a rotor that is formed as a perforated disk with cylindrical boreholes having a movable piston. A control block having a bypass function and a pipeline blockage function is connected between an attachment of hydraulic lines and an integrated hydraulic pump. The control block directly returns a fluid into the hydraulic pump and blocks a pipeline circuit for load-free acceleration of the motor. The pump has a drive shaft, and is engaged by closing bypasses and opening a pipeline block such that the fluid flows through the pump.
